Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Oshan, operated by BlueOshan AI Labs. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
What the service does
Oshan analyses websites, produces marketing content, and — where you connect an account and approve the work — publishes it. It uses AI models to generate drafts, recommendations and analysis.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what happens under your account.
- You must give accurate information and keep it current.
- One person, one login. Do not share accounts.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Connected accounts and automated actions
This is the part worth reading carefully, because the service can act on systems you own.
- You choose which accounts to connect, and you can disconnect any of them at any time.
- Nothing is published or changed without approval. The agents propose; a person approves. Where you schedule a post in advance, your approval at scheduling time is the approval for that post.
- Where the service can fix something on your website automatically, it shows you the exact change first and applies it only after you approve it.
- You are responsible for what is published to your channels, including content the agents drafted. Review before approving.
- You must have the right to connect each account and to publish to it, and your use must comply with the terms of the platform concerned — Google, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot, WordPress and any others.
AI-generated content
Drafts, recommendations, scores and analyses are produced by AI models. They can be wrong. They are a starting point for your judgement, not a substitute for it. Do not publish anything you have not read.
As between you and us, content generated for you is yours. We claim no ownership of it and do not reuse it for other customers or to train models.
Acceptable use
You may not use Oshan to:
- Publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content.
- Impersonate a person or organisation, or misrepresent who is publishing.
- Generate spam, or content designed to manipulate search or AI results deceptively.
- Access accounts or websites you do not own or have permission to manage.
- Reverse engineer the service, or attempt to circumvent its limits or access controls.
- Resell the service without a written agreement with us.
Plans, credits and billing
- Metered actions consume credits. What each action costs is shown in your account under Settings, Billing and Usage.
- Some features carry monthly limits. You will be warned in the product before you reach one.
- Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
- We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before changing prices.
Availability
We aim to keep Oshan available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. Third-party platforms we connect to have their own availability and rate limits, and can change or withdraw their APIs — when that happens the affected feature may stop working through no fault of either of us.
Your data
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. You keep ownership of your content and your data. You can export or delete it at any time; see delete my data.
Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other customers at risk, or where fees are unpaid — and except in urgent cases we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
On termination we stop processing, and your data is deleted on the timetable in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will email account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
